Mark's Story

Mark came to us looking for a new direction in his career. He had grown tired of working long hours under the instruction of someone else. He was Operations Manager for Beale’s Department Store in Bournemouth but he wanted to become his own boss working the hours he wanted, doing something he enjoyed and ultimately earning more money, Mark started to research potential career moves and came across the No1 Carpet Cleaning brand, and this led him to our unique franchise offer.

Having no experience in the carpet and upholstery cleaning industry, Mark was initially tentative when he contacted us to make his franchise enquiry, however once we explained the support that we give, including answering all calls, booking all jobs, sending all paperwork and taking care of all his administrative requirements then he relaxed as he knew we would take all the pressure off so he could concentrate on building his franchise.
